Did the company select me or was it AI?

The Paycor Smart Sourcing process starts with feedback from the searching company’s recruiter on select profiles. This process is designed to align the company’s preferences and priorities with those used by the AI. After the recruiter provides feedback, Paycor Smart Sourcing selects appropriate candidates. If you move forward with the job you’ve been selected for, you will be contacted by a (human) recruiter to continue the process.

How did we find your contact information?

Paycor Smart Sourcing uses publicly available information from websites such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and others. If we have your email address, you either opted-in to receive our email messages or your email address was publicly available. If you don’t want to receive our emails, you can unsubscribe.

Can I register or update my profile on your database?

Since we only use data from public sources, the best way of ensuring that we have your most up-to-date information is to make sure your public profiles on sites such as LinkedIn, Github, Stack Overflow, etc. are current.

How is my privacy protected?
